October 2011 – Global FM International Workshop

Stan Mitchell, CEO at Key Facilities Management International, to speak at the Global FM International Workshop in Sao Paulo Brazil. He will also present a paper at the ABRAFAC (the Brazilian FM Association) at their annual conference.

September 2011 - Global Manufacturing Organisation

Key Consulting appointed as Facilities Management Services Outsourcing Auditors for a Global Manufacturing Organisation with a remit to review existing outsourcing contract compliance and support any associated recommendations and ongoing development plans to ensure that business needs are being met and developed on an ongoing basis.

June 2011 - International Pharmaceuticals Organisation

International pharmaceuticals organisation contracted Key Facilities Management to operate their sales and marketing locations across Eastern Europe, North Africa and Middle East.

January 2011 – Global Technology Organisation

Key has been appointed to provide security consultancy across UK and Europe. Our role is to establish an effective strategy with associated tactical plans, actions and an ongoing audit regime. The value to the client is that we provide an independent perspective of what is required as well as the introduction of pragmatic solutions that will work.

September 2010 – International Corporate Organisation

We were appointed to undertake due diligence activities related to two major industrial facilities in France and UK. Our activities included all facilities; their fabric and services evaluation; environmental assessments and land registry reviews. Within a very tight time scale we did so. The acquisition of the two locations were duly completed to client satisfaction.

March 2010 - British Council

British Council recently appointed Key Facilities Management to undertake various functions within their Cairo Headquarters including Space and Capacity Planning, Project Management and Support Services Tendering.

November 2009 - Global Communications Organisation

Key Consulting recently had an annual contract renewed to provide tactical consultancy support to their security arrangements across Europe and UK.

October 2009 - Price Waterhouse Coopers

Price Waterhouse Coopers appointed Key Facilities Management to support them in the management, operation and maintenance of their new corporate headquarters facility in the New Cairo district of Egypt.

June 2009 - Key FM Seminar

KEY Facilities Management had its first seminar in Egypt titled ‘Facilities Management & How it can Add Value to your Organisation’ held at the British Embassy in Cairo, a gathering of over 80 business and government leaders heard from a number of speakers how a Facilities Management approach can save organisations, of all types, money as well as improve service standards, even in times of recession.

May 2009 - RICS

The relationship has now further developed with Key Consulting being retained in a security advisory and audit capacity across the RICS estate.

March 2009 - The Arab Union for Real Estate Development (AURD)

KEY Facilities Management became a founding member of the Arab Union for Real Estate Development (AURD) and sponsored the launching conference held in Cairo with members from 19 Arab countries. The Conference discussed the Real-Estate wealth of a total value equals to 23 trillion $.

March 2009 - Anchor Group Services

Anchor Group services has enlisted the support of Key Consulting to assist in the bidding process for some major security and cleaning projects across the United Kingdom.

June 2008 - Masdar Development

The MASDAR initiative, a 6 million square metre sustainable City, will bring existing technologies together to achieve a carbon neutral and zero waste community. We are delighted to announce that Key FM Consulting have been appointed as the FM advisors on the first 4 phases of the project 2008-2013.
This exciting initiative will bring new innovations for service delivery and new ideas for energy production. It will provide education as well as research and development facilities and be a leader in sustainability.

October 2007 - Key MEA

Key MEA, a joint venture between Key Facilities Management based in Scotland and the Dar Al Mimar Group based in Cairo, will manage five multi-million dollar developments across Egypt including Cairo, the Red Sea and Alexandria.
The facilities management remit will encompass consulting through design, specification and planning leading eventually to the management and operation of the developments, the value of the contracts is expected to range from $250,00 to $1 million per annum.

August 2007 - Kingsland

This latest addition to the successful number of retail contracts being delivered by Key brings an additional 120,000 sq meters of retail space reflects upon our success in raising the standards of facilities services to this particular sector.

August 2007 - RICS

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has enlisted the support of Key Consulting  to review their security and access control strategy of their facility in Parliament Square London.
This requirement follows on from a previous assignment where Key undertook a complete review to establish an integrated strategy for the organisations premises in London, Coventry and elsewhere in the UK and Europe.

June 2007 - Royal & Sun Alliance

Royal & Sun Alliance has enlisted the support of Key Consulting in support of a major change management programme being applied to their support services activities across their UK business.
This appointment recognises the considerable experience that Key has over a period of some 16 years in the review and development of corporate facilities services strategies.
The activities will take place over a period of months and Key senior consultants will support the in-house management and staff associated with the delivery of a range of support services being provided by a new streamlined workforce.
